About Ulrich Höller
Ulrich Höller holds a degree in business administration and is a property economist with more than 35 years’ experience in senior roles within the property sector. For almost 15 years, he served as Chief Executive of DIC Asset AG, which he successfully floated on the stock exchange in 2006. Having subsequently built up GEG German Estate Group AG into one of Germany’s leading investment and asset management platforms for commercial property whilst serving as its Chief Executive, he has been Managing Partner of the nationwide ABG Real Estate Group since 2019.
In addition to his responsibility for numerous major project and neighbourhood developments, he serves on various supervisory and advisory boards, including as a long-standing board member and Vice-President of the German Property Federation (ZIA). He has received several awards for his achievements, including the ULI Germany Leadership Award and the MIPIM Award.
