Female Financial Power (FFP) empowers female entrepreneurs and executives with sound financial knowledge – paving the way for a self-determined and financially independent future. Talks, expert panels and one-to-one discussions offer valuable guidance and facilitate a trusting exchange with leading figures from the worlds of business and finance.
Claudia Spehn, a graduate in banking and finance and an independent financial expert, is the programme’s academic director. Together with Isabelle Hägewald, publisher, editor and managing director of Mein Geld Medien GmbH, she combines professional expertise with a strong network in the business and financial sectors.

SPEAKER
Nicole Wimper is Managing Director of flex|pos GmbH & Co. KG, a leading service partner for point-of-sale and branch IT in the retail sector. She has been leading the family business as part of the second generation since 2016 and has grown it from around 50 to more than 220 employees. A mother of two, she champions sustainable growth and a modern corporate culture.
Katja Müller has been Senior Advisor and Multi-Supervisory Board Member of the Universal Investment Group since October 2024. She oversees strategic development and supports key client relationships as well as business development. Previously, she held various leadership roles within the group, most recently as Chief Customer Officer.
Alexandra von Kalnein has more than 25 years’ experience in institutional fund distribution. In 2018, she founded Natango Invest, which specialises in fundraising and investor relations for international asset managers. She is also actively involved in renowned financial and educational networks and is Co-Chair of 100 Women in Finance Germany.
Julia Mahl is a partner at PKF Fasselt’s Cologne office, where she advises high-net-worth individuals and medium-sized companies. She has over 25 years’ experience in tax consultancy in both national and international contexts and has previously worked for a Big Four firm and a medium-sized consultancy, as well as serving as head of a single-family office. She is committed to fostering young talent and value-driven leadership.
