We will readily provide you with everything you need in terms of technology or any other equipment in order to make your event a success. Please book the equipment you need in advance so that we can make sure your conference can take place without any hitches.
Conference drinks and coffee are, of course, provided in our conference rooms and will be invoiced according to use.

Other equipment may be booked subject to additional charges. Please inform us of your requirements when making your room reservation. We work closely with our technical partners Thiele & Partner Semitech GbR in order to make sure that your meeting is a complete success.

All the Airport Club rooms are prewired for teleconference systems or are equipped with an analogue S0 bus for a wireless service. The teleconference systems have a radius of six metres, guaranteeing that all the delegates in attendance can hear everything perfectly.

The London, Frankfurt, Rom, Paris, Barcelona, Potsdam, Berlin and Straßburg rooms are equipped with the necessary wiring and can also cater for videoconferencing over IP.

This board allows you to store data directly to a USB stick without the need for a PC or print the data on a 4-colour normal-paper printer. There is no need to attach a PC in order to save data during a meeting – all the data is saved wirelessly on a USB stick for easy transferral to your PC at a later date.

The interactive presentation board allows you to actively design your PowerPoint presentation together with your clients and guests. The interactive board includes a Hitachi short-throw projector.

Our club staff are here for you at all times and are happy to help, be it with choosing the right room or putting together a menu.
